We value your time and our team's availability, and we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. In order to maintain a smooth scheduling process and accommodate as many clients as possible, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client in need of our services.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will also be charged the same fee.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we'll do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
